This smoothie will make you "fall" head over heels for autumn flavors
1/4 c oats
1 apple
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 c canned pumpkin
3/4 c Greek or non-dairy yogurt
1/2 c Mooala Original Bananamilk
Dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice mix
Handful of ice cubes
Combine ingredients in blender and puree until desired consistency.
