Apples, Bananas, and Pumpkin! Oh, My! An Autumn-take on a classic flavor. Blend this smoothie recipe in a cup or plop it in a bowl for a super fall aesthetic. Cozy scarf not included.

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup Greek or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mooala Original Bananamilk
  • Dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice mix
  • Handful of ice cubes

Step 1

Combine ingredients in blender and puree until desired consistency.
