About this Recipe
Perfect for fall, or an on-the-go breakfast, these muffins are one of our favorite recipes!
- 2 tbsp – coconut oil
- 1 cup – Mooala Plant-Based Milk (we recommend Oatmilk or our Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Almondmilk)
- 1/4 cup – maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp – baking powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups – oats
- 3 tbsp – gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup – apple (blended)
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients.
Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
