About this Recipe

Perfect for fall, or an on-the-go breakfast, these muffins are one of our favorite recipes! 

  • 2 tbsp – coconut oil 
  • 1 cup – Mooala Plant-Based Milk (we recommend Oatmilk or our Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Almondmilk)
  • 1/4 cup – maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp – baking powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cup – oats 
  • 3 tbsp – gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup – apple (blended) 

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients. 

Step 2

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
