A perfect treat during apple season. Bake it once and enjoy this oatmeal bake all week long! 🍁
2 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup crushed pecans
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup apple sauce
2 cups Original Bananamilk
¼ c maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted coconut oil, plus extra for greasing the baking dish
3 peeled and diced Gala apples
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, and grease a 9” baking dish with coconut oil.
Mix diced apples with 1 tbsp cinnamon in one bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine oats and Mooala Bananamilk, then add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Place diced apples at the bottom of the pan then pour oat mixture over top.
Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, then garnish as desired!
