Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 tsp – ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp – ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp – cinnamon
  • 1 serving of protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp – chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp – almond butter
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 1/2 cup – frozen cauliflower forets

Step 1

Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
