Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 tsp: ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp: ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp: cinnamon
  • 1 serving of protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp: chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp: almond butter
  • .25 avocado
  • 1 1/2 cup: frozen cauliflower forets

Step 1

Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
