Our Chocolate Bananamilk Chip pancakes are the type that will have you doing backflips out of bed.
Mix the wet ingredients, combine the dry ingredients, then whisk in until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
Over medium heat, add tsp of coconut oil, then add 1/2 cup pancake batter onto the pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until your desired darkness. Pro tip: try adding multiple pancakes to each pan.
Stack pancakes and serve with whatever topping you like - we recommend adding some more bananas ;)
