Enjoy the best of both worlds with a recipe that combines the delicious flavors of carrot cake with the healthy guilt-free feeling from a smoothie bowl. Hop into that Spring feeling with a gorgeous smoothie bowl to make you feel like a true chef!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup honey roasted pecans
  • 1/2 a small lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup Mooala Coconut Oatmilk
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Handful or two of ice

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in blender.

Step 2

Pour into bowl. If consistency is not thick enough chill in freezer.

Step 3

Top with unsweetened shredded coconut, shredded carrots and banana. Enjoy!
