Are you an Easter eggs-pert? Us too! We have so many egg puns, that it’s not even bunny. Get in the Easter spirit with this festive and dairy-free recipe! 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup – Mooala Coconut Oatmilk 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup – frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup – honey toasted pecans
  • 1/2 small lemon {juiced}
  • 1/2 tsp – ground gigner
  • 1/2 tsp – cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp – vanilla extract 
  • Pinch of cloves
  • 1 – 2 handfuls of ice 
  • Toppings: shredded coconut, shredded carrots and banana 

Step 1

In a blender (or alternative of your choice) mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Step 3

Top with unsweetened shredded coconut, shredded carrots and banana. Enjoy 🐰

Step 2

Pour into bowl. If the consistency is not thick enough, you can chill it in freezer.
