Chocolate for breakfast? We’re in. These Chocolate Bananamilk pancakes will have you doing backflips out of bed and into the kitchen! Not for the banana-haters, though, as these are basically banana bread in a pancake. Full of potassium and rich banana flavor.

Pro Tip: make sure your bananas are extra ripe!

Wet Ingredients
  • 2 cups Mooala Chocolate Bananamilk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted + more for frying
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips or chocolate block chopped into small pieces

Step 1

First, Mix the wet ingredients, Then, combine the dry ingredients, and whisk in until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 2

Over medium heat, add tsp of coconut oil, then add 1/2 cup pancake batter onto the pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until your desired darkness. Pro tip: try adding multiple pancakes to each pan.

Step 3

Lastly, Stack pancakes and serve with whatever topping you like – we recommend adding some more bananas 😉
