The health benefits of chia seeds are nothing to brush off. Full of antioxidants, fiber, calcium, and healthy fats, meaning they’re good for your heart, your gut, and bones.

  • 2 cups Mooala Original Almondmilk
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp Fruit (strawberries or blueberries)

Step 1

Combine chia seeds and Chocolate Bananamilk into a glass serving bowl or mason jars.

Step 1

Let sit for a minimum of 20 minutes. Top with fruit, then enjoy!
