A perfect mini-muffin for the on-the-go family
2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
1 stick vegan butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons Mooala Bananamilk
2 cups vegan chocolate chips and/or nuts of your choice
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl; combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Integrate dry ingredients into wet bowl. Once fully incorporated, place in mini muffins tins and bake until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
