About this Recipe

Muffins are a crowd pleaser, but these protein muffins are something you can not only enjoy, but also feel good about giving your family! 

  • 2 – 3: Ripe Bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup: Mooala Plant-Based Milk (we recommend Oatmilk or our Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Almondmilk)
  • 2 – 3 tbps: melted coconut oil
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp: Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup: Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups: Kodiak Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup: chocolate chips

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 – 22 minutes. Enjoy!
