About this Recipe
Muffins are a crowd pleaser, but these protein muffins are something you can not only enjoy, but also feel good about giving your family!
- 2 – 3 – Ripe Bananas
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup – Mooala Plant-Based Milk (we recommend Oatmilk or our Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Almondmilk)
- 2 – 3 tbps – melted coconut oil
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp – Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup – Brown Sugar
- 2 cups – Kodiak Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup – chocolate chips
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 – 22 minutes. Enjoy!
