About this Recipe

This bowl deserves a permanent spot in your morning routine. It’s creamy, crunchy, cinnamony, vegan, gluten-free and packed with fiber & protein! 

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup – Oats
  • 1 tbsp – Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 cup – Mooala Cinnamon Roll Keto Mylk™
  • 1 tbsp – Vanilla Plant-Based Protein of your choice!
  • 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice to taste!
  • Toppings: we recommend, your fav nut-butter, granola and extra cinnamon. But feel free to get creative!

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, be sure to mix well, and chill in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

Add your toppings and enjoy!
