Starting the week off right with these CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN BITES! 🧁 Complete with a cinnamon sugar swirl in the middle and cream cheese frosting on top – you are definitely going to want to make these! They are made with just 7 simple ingredients, including Cinnamon Roll Keto Mylk, which is dairy-free, plant-based, <1g carbs, and no added sugars – but tons of flavor! You could even have a glass alongside these bites for a special treat!
- Mooala Cinnamon Roll Keto Mylk
- 2/3 cup – drippy cashew butter
- 1/2 cup – vanilla pea protein powder
- 4 tbsp – granulated sugar of choice
- 1 tbsp – coconut flour
- 1 tsp – vanilla extract
- 1 tsp – cinnamon
- 3 oz cream cheese
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together 3 tbsp of the sugar and 2 tbsp of Keto Mylk, then mix in drippy cashew butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Finally, mix in pea protein and coconut flour.
Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread half of the cashew butter mixture across the bottom. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and ~1 tsp of Keto Mylk. Spread that over the bottom layer. For the remaining cashew mixture, it is easiest to flatten in your hand and then add to the top of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Continue to do so until you have a full top layer.
Cut into 12 bars. Use an electric mixer to whip together cream cheese and 2 tbsp of Keto Mylk. Use a piping bag or ziploc bag to add the frosting to each bar & enjoy!
