About this Recipe

Our Coconut Oatmilk Pumpkin Latte is a perfect morning jolt of energy yet the flavor is customizable to your preferences and palette. Serve it hot or prepare it iced for morning coffee.

  • 1 -2 Shots of Espresso
  • 1/2 cup Mooala Coconut Oatmilk
  • 1/4 cup 100% Pure Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Sweetener of Choice (optional)

Step 1

Heat Mooala Coconut Oatmilk in a small saucepan over medium heat. For a creamier latte (weaker espresso-taste), add more milk. Add Pumpkin Puree, Sweetener, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Vanilla Extract to saucepan, whisking frequently. Heat until steaming (but not boiling).

Step 2

Grab a mug and add a shot of espresso. For foam, whisk Oatmilk mixture quickly then pour on top of the espresso, pouring the foam on last. Top with pumpkin pie spice and Enjoy!
