Saute all ingredients except for the liquid and squash. Cook on low heat until onions are soft, garlic is golden. Add water and squash and simmer for 45 minutes. Shut off heat, add banana milk, an pureed with immersion blender. Top with plain yogurt and pumpkin seeds.
