About this Recipe

Our Dairy-Free Healthy Muffins are easy to prep and great to taste! Full of protein and a balance of flavors, these healthy muffins will be your morning pick-me-up or afternoon treat!

  • 3 cups of oats
  • 2-3 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Mooala Original Almondmilk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Toppings: coconut flakes, blueberries, almonds

Step 1

First, Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pan with oil.

Step 2

Second, Combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Step 3

Next, In a separate bowl combine eggs, vanilla extract, applesauce, non-dairy yogurt, coconut oil, chia seeds, honey, and Mooala Vanilla Bean Almondmilk.

Step 4

Next, Combine wet and dry ingredients, then divide batter evenly in cups.

Step 5

Finally, Top the muffins with coconut flakes, blueberries, and almonds. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, then let it cool.
