Full of the good stuff to help with breast-feeding mamas!
1 cup Mooala Original Bananamilk
3½ cups Steel Cut Oats
3 tbsp pumpkin seed
Your choice of toppings
Bring 1 cup Original Bananamilk to a boil.
Add 3 ½ cups of steel cut oats, 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until desired consistency.
Top with popped quinoa, pumpkin seeds and blanched almonds.
