This quick oatmeal recipe is perfect for chilly winter mornings, so you can enjoy some extra moments in bed without compromising a delicious, hearty breakfast.
1 ¾ cups Mooala Original Bananamilk 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co Simply Smooth Peanut Butter 1 ripe mashed banana
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup or cane sugar to lightly sweeten

Heat Mooala Original Bananamilk in a sauce pan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Stir in oats, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until combined (about 2 minutes). Add Peanut Butter & Co Simply Smooth, mashed banana, spices and sweetener, and stir to combine. Have fun with your toppings!
