This Pineapple Coconut popsicle recipe makes 6 small popsicles. We used (and LOVE) these popsicle molds. Watch the full episode on Instagram!
Pineapple Coconut Ingredients:
- 2 cups — fresh pineapple
- 1 cup — Mooala Bananamilk
- 1/2 cup — unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp — coconut extract
Add the pineapple, Mooala and coconut extract into the blender and puree.
Add the coconut shreds and pulse until desired consistency. I like mine a little more chunky and textured for this flavor!
Add your popsicle mixture into your clean molds. Fill each well up to the top. Next, add the popsicle handles into each well.
Lastly, place your popsicles into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
The Coconut Pineapple popsicles will be ready to eat as soon as you want!
