Power up with these blueberry fig plant-based power balls
1 cup dried figs
¾ c plant protein (we used hemp)
½ c raw almonds
½ c raw cashews
¼ c dried blueberries
2 tbsp Mooala Oatmilk
Using a food processor, first mix the almonds, cashews and plant-based protein.
Then, use a food processor to finely chop the blueberries, figs and Mooala.
Combine both batches in a food processor to mix even throughout.
Use your hands or a small ice cream scoop to roll the mixture into 1" balls.
Store in an air-tight container in your refrigerator and enjoy!
