Indulge in these decadent, dairy-free brownies!
- 1 cup coconut sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup Mooala Chocolate Bananamilk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (or coconut butter if you’d like to make this Vegan!)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup coconut flour, added in small batches (feel free to use a flour of your choice!)
Grab a mixing bowl, mixer, and an 8×8 baking pan coated with your fave non-stick cooking spray, and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. You’ll also probably want to have a flexible spatula ready.
Into a mixing bowl, add each of these items in this order while stirring: 1 cup of coconut sugar (or granulated sugar if you want), 1/3 cup coconut oil, 3/4 cup Mooala Chocolate Bananamilk, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and 3/4 cup coconut flour in small batches.
Stir until smooth. Then spread that mixture into the 8×8 cooking dish, top with 1/3 cup of chocolate chips, and bake for 25 minutes or until you can poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Top with powdered sugar for decoration.
