About this Recipe
Dairy-Free Rice Krispie Pops are fun and easy to make with the kids especially when it comes to the pop rolling and decorating! While this is a Valentine’s Day recipe, it can be repurposed for any holiday, event, or decorating party – just change up your sprinkles and colors!
- 2 tbsp Mooala Bananamilk (we used Strawberry Bananamilk)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- Dash of vanilla
- 8 oz marshmallows
- 4 cups crispy rice cereal
- Toppings, as desired
Add the Strawberry Bananamilk, margarine, and vanilla in medium pot over low to medium heat. Once the ingredients have combined, add the marshmallows until fully melted and incorporated.
When everything has melted, remove from stove and incorporate the rice cereal.
Using greased hands of between parchment paper, roll 2-3 inch balls and insert stick (we used festive paper straws) while the mixture is still warm. Cool for 20 minutes or until hard.
Decorate with melted dairy-free chocolate or your favorite sprinkles. Enjoy your Dairy-Free Rice Krispies Pops!
