Ingredients:

  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 banana
  • 2 1/2 cup – frozen cauliflower florets or rice (pro-tip: cut and freeze the cauliflower ahead of time)
  • 2 tbsp – hemp seeds
  • 2 servings – your choice of vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp – tahini 
  • 1 tbsp – cacao powder
  • 1/2 avocado

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
