Are you stuck inside with the pumpkin spice blues? Try this spin on the Fall classic, and take allspice for a ride. Make the syrup in bulk and add just a spoonful to your morning Bananamilk latte. You can thank us later.
Make the allspice syrup. Combine allspice, brown sugar and water in a bowl and whisk constantly over medium-high heat until syrup has thickened and coats the back of a spoon. About 8 minutes.
Mix 1tbsp allspice syrup with espresso.
Froth Mooala Bananamilk and pour over espresso. Then, top as you please. Ours is topped with oat-based whipped cream, allspice and decorating sugar.
