About this Recipe
Calling all banana lovers! This recipe takes your obsession to the next level. It's a crowd-pleaser, perfect to take to events or treat yourself at home.
Ingredients
- 1 - 14 oz. full fat coconut milk with sweetener
- 1 1/2 cups - Mooala Original Bananamilk
- 1 package of Jell-O Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups - Almondmilk Whipped
- 1 box - Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers or other Vegan Vanilla Wafers of choice
- 4 - 5 Ripe Bananas (sliced)
Step 1
In a stand mixer with whisk attachment, beat full fat coconut milk with sweetener and Mooala Bananamilk until well combined, add the pudding mix and vanilla extract and beat until there are no lumps.
Step 3
Whisk Almondmilk whipped or Silk Heavy Whipping Cream until it starts to thicken, then beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Step 5
Crush about half of the vegan vanilla wafers in a bag before you begin layering with the full size wafers for added texture.
Step 7
Continue layering until you reach the top of the dish, chill for at least a few hours or overnight so the wafers absorb the pudding mixture.
Step 2
Cover and let it sit in the fridge until firm, at least one to two hours.
Step 4
Carefully fold pudding mix into whipped cream with a spatula then mix on low speed until completely combined and no streaks remain.
Step 6
In a trifle dish, add a layer of the pudding mix followed by sliced bananas and vegan vanilla wafers.
