About this Recipe
Oats are wonderful sources of fiber, but certain types of oats help with milk production. We've added pumpkin seeds and cinnamon to our recipe for immune-system-boosting nutrients. Some of our favorite toppings for overnight oats include blueberries, sliced bananas, honey, or your favorite natural sweetener.
- 1 cup Mooala Original Bananamilk
- 3 1/2 cups Steel Cut Oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Your choice of toppings
Step 1
Bring 1 cup of Original Banamilk to a boil.
Step 2
Add 3 1/2 cups of steel cut oats, tbsp pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until desired consistency.
Step 4
Top with popped quinoa, pumpkin seeds and blanched almonds.
