- 1/2 cup Mooala Coconut Oatmilk
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine Mooala Coconut Oatmilk, vegan butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, rolled oats, and chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Incorporate the dry ingredients to the Oatmilk/butter/vanilla mixture in batches until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Using a parchment-lined baking sheet, add your cookie dough in 2-inch balls to the baking sheet, andbake for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cookies cool, then enjoy.
