Crave thanksgiving goodness year-round? This dairy-free, filling smoothie recipe is for you!

  • 1/2 of a small sweet potato
  • 2 T chopped pecans
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup Mooala Vanilla Bean Almondmilk

Step 1

First, dice the sweet potato into smaller pieces that are easier to blend. Next, place all ingredients in a blender. Start with the Vanilla Bean Almondmilk, banana and sweet potato.

Step 2

Puree on high 1 minute, or until all ingredients are blended well. Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy! If the yogurt is too thin, add ice cubes to thicken the smoothie if desired.
