What says Fall more than a PSL? How about a Vanilla Bean Pumpkin Spice Latte made with Mooala Dairy-Free Almondmilk? This vegan coffee recipe is easy to make and the ingredients are already in your pantry.

  • 1 cup - Mooala Vanilla Bean Almondmilk
  • 1 cup - hot brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp - pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp - maple syrup (sub honey or your favorite sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp - pumpkin pie spice

Step 1

Heat the Vanilla Bean Almondmilk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spices and vanilla extract on the stove in a saucepan.

Step 2

Combine the pumpkin spice almondmilk with your preferred strong coffee of choice in a mug. Espresso works well or use a dark roast coffee.

Step 3

Adjust flavor to taste and serve warm. If it is not warm enough, transfer back to the saucepan on the stove until it's just right.
