About this Recipe

Add Vanilla Crème Keto Mylk™ into your oats and pour extra on top! This plant-based, no added sugar mylk is super creamy because it’s made from coconut cream. The perfect recipe for some extra healthy fats!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup - oats
  • 1/4 cup - frozen riced cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup - Vanilla Crème Keto Mylk™ - you can use any of Mooala’s Keto Mylk™ flavors!
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein

Step 1

Cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Top with toppings of choice and pour extra Keto Mylk on top - trust me, it’s the secret.
