Diary-Free Chocolate Popcorn
Drizzled dairy-free chocolate over freshly-popped popcorn

Who doesn’t love a fast prep time? This chocolate popcorn is a hit at parties or great for a quick treat. Sweet and salty really is the perfect mix.
- 2 ounces bitter chocolate
- 1 cup heated Chocolate Bananamilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp butter of butter substitute (we used vegan butter)
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- popped popcorn
Melt chocolate on top of a double-boiler. Add butter and stir.
When melted, add a cup of warmed Chocolate Bananamilk slowly, stirring constantly.
Add sugar. Take off double-boiler and put over fire.
Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Add a pinch of salt and vanilla, then drizzle on freshly-popped popcorn.
