About this Recipe

Who doesn’t love a fast prep time? This chocolate popcorn is a hit at parties or great for a quick treat. Sweet and salty really is the perfect mix.

  • 2 ounces bitter chocolate
  • 1 cup heated Chocolate Bananamilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp butter of butter substitute (we used vegan butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • popped popcorn

Step 1

Melt chocolate on top of a double-boiler. Add butter and stir.

Step 2

When melted, add a cup of warmed Chocolate Bananamilk slowly, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Add sugar. Take off double-boiler and put over fire.

Step 4

Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes to thicken.

Step 5

Add a pinch of salt and vanilla, then drizzle on freshly-popped popcorn.
