Drizzled dairy-free chocolate over freshly-popped popcorn
2 ounces bitter chocolate
1 cup heated chocolate banana milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter or butter substitute (we used vegan butter)
1 cup sugar pinch of salt
Melt chocolate on top of a double-boiler. Add butter and stir. When melted, add a cup of warmed Chocolate Bananamilk slowly, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Take off double-boiler and put over fire. Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes to thicken. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla, then drizzle on freshly-popped popcorn.
