Is Mooala Vegan?

All Mooala products are vegan-friendly with the exception of Original Almondmilk, which uses honey.

What does Bananamilk taste like?

Great question! Our homemade recipe fuses organic bananas and organic roasted sunflower seeds with a dash of cinnamon. It tastes similar to a liquid banana bread, but it's not sweet or thick like a smoothie. It's a true dairy alternative with its texture and mild taste. You can learn more about Bananamilk here!

Are Mooala Products Whole 30?

Mooala products that are Whole 30 friendly are Original Bananamilk, Unsweetened Almondmilk, Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Almondmilk, Oatmilk, Banana Nut Creamer, Oats 'N' Crème Creamer, Vanilla Bean Creamer, Original Keto Mylk, and Vanilla Crème Keto Mylk. Where can I buy Mooala? If my store doesn’t have it, what can I do?

If you're looking for our products, please check out our Store Finder to find Mooala near you! You can filter your search to produce results for the specific product you are looking for by selecting from the “Products” menu. You can also now by select Mooala products on Amazon and on our website!

How long do Mooala products stay fresh?

Mooala products maintain their quality freshness from 7 - 10 days after opening!

Does Mooala need to be refrigerated?

Our perishable products need to remain refrigerated! Our shelf-stable products (in cartons), can remain unrefrigerated prior to opening, but once opened should be refrigerated.

We guarantee 90 days of shelf life on products from Mooala.com. Mooala's shelf-stable products can remain unrefrigerated prior to opening, but once opened should be refrigerated.

Are your products non-GMO?

Yes, they are! All Mooala products are USDA-Organic certified. Organic products are always non-GMO, but non-GMO is not always Organic. Organic products are grown without the use of most synthetic pesticides and in a sustainable way to protect soil quality. The rules on non-GMO are much looser.

Do you have carrageenan in your products?

Nope! We take pride in carefully selecting ingredients for our products, and are happy to say that they are all carrageenan free.

Do you have gluten in your products?

Nope! All Mooala products are gluten-free, including our Oatmilk, which uses gluten free oats.

What are “Natural Flavors” in some of your products?

Our beverages are certified USDA-Organic, and therefore they are held to a higher standard. By law, Organic products must not contain any MSG, BHA, propylene glycol or GMOs. We carefully source our flavors to make sure they are derived from the primary ingredients featured on the label, and our flavors are vetted through a certification process that allows them to be used in organic products. 

What allergens are in your manufacturing facility? Do you test for allergens?

The current allergens at our facility are Almonds, Nuts, Coconut, Dairy Milk, Soy, Wheat, Shellfish, Sesame and Sulfites. We know that folks are often purchasing our Bananamilk products for allergen-sensitive family member, which is why we take our production process seriously. We use a rigorous CIP (clean-in-place) sterilization process on the equipment after running any allergens and then test each production run for the Major 8 allergens before releasing the product. This process alerts us to any cross-contamination issues while the product is still in the facility, allowing you to feel confident and safe purchasing Bananamilk for your household. If you have any other allergen, or product related questions, don’t hesitate to send us a note!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mooala.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

When can I plan to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside of the United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to any P.O. boxes, and Mooala communicates this on each product page. Should a customer enter a P.O. box into the shipping address, we cannot guarantee the shipment’s delivery, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. The order will not be refunded.

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot guarantee a successful change of address for your order. Should you notice that you need to correct your shipping address, please reach out to us ASAP at info@mooala.com. If your order has not already been picked up by the carrier we can try to change the address. Note: we cannot guarantee a change of shipping address.

Why can’t I just order one bottle?

Our online store only offers products by the case. If you’re looking for one bottle only, checkout our Store Finder!

Can I cancel my order?

At Mooala we pride ourselves on quickly processing orders, so whether your order can be cancelled will depend on its stage in processing. Please contact us ASAP at info@mooala.com, with your order details and we will try our best to accommodate you. If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. 

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Due to food safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us directly at info@mooala.com. We pride ourselves in creating the best, quality plantmilks on the market, and we want to ensure that your experience with Mooala products meets those standards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mooala.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

My order arrived damaged. Who do I contact?

I cancelled my subscription but still received my order, why?

If you cancelled your order prior your next payment period (varies based on subscription frequency), you would still receive your order as it was processed along with your payment. If you have any other questions or concerns you can reach out to us at info@mooala.com. Please be sure to include your order details in your message.

How do I file a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

What are Route’s Policies?
  • Marked As Delivered but Cannot Locate Package (Stolen): Issues can be approved no earlier than 2 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.
  • Stuck In Transit (Lost): Issues can be approved no earlier than 3 days and no later than 30 days from the last update.
  • Damaged: File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. 
What if my order is damaged?

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect (package protection) at checkout.

When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
