A smoothie that’s packed with prenatal nutrients and delicious for mom & baby.
1-1/2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 organic banana
2 tbsp. organic flax hemp blend (or chia seeds)
1 big handful of organic greens (baby spinach, kale, chard, etc.) - spinach is our personal preference
1 cup Mooala Original Bananamilk
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until delicious. Pour into glass and enjoy!
