Banana Almond Milk Iced Coffee
A honey-kissed glass, bold espresso, and a cloud of real banana foam on top
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Organic Honey
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 2 oz Double shot espresso
- 1 cup Mooala Simple Almond Milk
- 1/3 Ripe banana
- 3 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Drizzle honey around the inside walls of a glass, turning it so the honey streaks down the sides.
- Fill the honey-swirled glass with ice cubes.
- Pull a double shot of espresso and pour it directly over the ice.
- Pour in the almond milk, leaving a little room at the top for the banana foam.
- In a separate bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream to the mashed banana and whisk vigorously (about 90 seconds) until light and foamy.
- Spoon the whipped banana foam over the top of the iced coffee and enjoy!
