Effective January 1, 2021 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note, with wholesale orders your order will most likely arrive in multiple boxes, and may arrive on different dates.

Continental U.S. Shipping Rates and Estimates 

We offer free flat rate shipping on orders within the United States continental 48 states; we do not ship to AK or HI. At this time we do not offer any expedited shipping rates.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside of the continental United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time, we do not ship to any P.O. boxes. Should a customer enter a P.O. box into the shipping address, we cannot guarantee the shipment’s delivery, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. The order will not be refunded.

Shipping to Military Bases & Diplomatic Addresses

We can ship to military or diplomatic address APO, FPO, DPO, but the shipping speed may vary on location and can take up to 6 business days to arrive.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! At this time we do not have a return or refund system in place, but in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us directly at We pride ourselves in creating the best, quality plantmilks on the market, and want to ensure that your experience with Mooala products meets those standards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
